Social Science of Economics–5 August 2026
Professor Morgan will speak about the social science of economics–the causes of inflation (too much demand, too little supply and pricing power) and the policies that might be used to correct inflation.
Donald Morgan has studied the social science of economics since the mid 1960’s. He graduated from Xavier University in 1966 and earned his MA from the University of New Hampshire 1968. Since then he has taught at several colleges and universities and received his PhD. He moved to Monterey in 1980 and developed a relationship with MPC. He has been an adjunct instructor of Economics at MPC since 1996.
